Privacy Policy

We’re a small clinic, and this is a short policy. It explains what information we collect — on this website and in the clinic — why we collect it, and what we do with it. Plain English, no legalese where it isn’t needed.

1 · Who we are

Peach Aesthetics Co Pty Ltd (ABN 98 670 923 654) is the company behind Peach Aesthetics Co, at 2D/95 Partridge St, Glenelg South SA 5045. For anything privacy-related, write to admin@peachco.com.au.

We are a health service provider, so the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles apply to everything we collect. This policy is written to honour both.

2 · Website analytics

Our website measures itself with our own first-party, anonymous analytics — built by us, running on our own infrastructure, shared with no one. Here is everything it collects:

• a random identifier stored in your browser’s localStorage — it is not a cookie and is never shared with anyone else;
• the pages and sections you view, and how far down a page you scroll;
• your device type — phone, tablet or desktop;
• how you found us — the referring website or campaign link, if there was one;
• your IP address, truncated at the moment of collection. We never store your full IP address.

And here is what it doesn’t do: no advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking, no session recording, and no sale of data — ever. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we respect it and collect nothing at all.

3 · Client records

When you become a client, we hold your contact details, your appointment and treatment history, notes relevant to your care, and your email preferences, in our client management system. Clinical records are retained for as long as South Australian health-records law requires.

4 · Bookings & communications

Bookings are handled by Timely (gettimely.com) — their privacy policy applies to the details you enter there. Email you send to us arrives through Google Workspace; email we send to you is delivered by Resend (Amazon SES).

We only send marketing email to people who haven’t opted out, every email we send has a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is honoured immediately.

5 · How we use & share information

We use your information to provide your care, to run the clinic, and — with the safeguards described above — to understand how our website is used.

We share personal information only with the service providers that run our systems. We never sell your information, and we never give it to advertising platforms.

6 · Security

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the clinic team.

7 · Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time — email admin@peachco.com.au and we’ll respond as soon as we can.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. If you’re still unhappy, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

When anything in this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the effective date at the top.
